![]() ![]() To be honest, it does exactly what I want: ripping DVDs and Blurays without any problems. and a library of preprogrammed optimization profiles for specific devices such as smartphones, tablets, gaming systems, smart TVs and more. Besides the lossless mkv, Losslesscopy also offers a range of ouput formats like MP4, MOV, etc. It can keep the forced subtitles in the ripping movies, you can also select desired subtitle track. ![]() I solved all my issues by using Easefab LosslessCopy. Has anyone experience anything like this and know how to fix it? I also was seeing messages that certain subtitles were being found empty and removed. I had forced subtitles checked on the side, but when I played back the I found nothing. I figured this to be a more time efficient method as the track info in the sheet is not always accurate and it's a pain to have to re-rip the entire movie when you figure out you've picked the wrong track.įor example, I tried ripping the movie your name, an anime movie that, while dubbed, requires subtitles for some crucial points of context. The sheet helps me identify movies that actually have forced subtitles and if they do, I rip all the English tracks, then quickly remux the file with MKVToolNix keeping just the one track I need. Personally, I'm using a combination of both. You can select all of the English tracks when ripping, then play the file with VLC, check each subtitles track and once you identify the one that only contains forced subtitles, use MKVToolNix to create a new MKV file, but only select the one subtitle track you want to keep. along with whether they have forced subtitles and if so - which English track it is. ![]() You can use this sheet: where you can find information about many movies, shows etc. In most cases, you will see multiple "English" subtitle tracks and one of them may only contain the "forced" subtitles. Very few Blu-rays actually utilize the "forced subtitles" flag. ![]()
